- 3:35 PM - The kitchen office security camera is switched off for maintenance.
- 3:42 PM - Helen places the origina recipe folder on the office desk.
- 3:48 PM - Mark arrives with the chocolate delivery.
- 3:51 PM - Helen is seen in the main kitchen.
- 3:56 PM - Daniel speaks to the delivery driver.
- 4:00 PM - The kitchen office is scheduled to be cleaned. The cleaner does not enter.
- 4:02 PM - Amy enters the kitchen office. She says she is looking for labels.
- 4:07 PM - Amy is seen washing mixing bowls.
- 4:11 PM - Helen enters the storage room.
- 4:15 PM - Daniel leaves the preparation area.
- 4:18 PM - Helen returns to the kitchen office. The original recipe is missing.
- 4:30 PM- The security camera is switched back on.
